It is often said unicorns don't exist. But they do, most say that, because they are impossible to find, like finding an honest electrician, used car salesman, plumber, or mechanic. So far the only one I've found is these guys. They are so honest they will tell you not to waste your $ on something that is not worth it. It is expensive and I've had to work long hours walking the streets, but worth every penny. They are the only honest quality mechanic in the area. And if Ed was single, I'd def. Try stealing him.

I have been bringing cars here for service for 30 years (11 in all, ranging from high mileage Fords and Subarus to new European models). The staff is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. A three-generation family run business, the new young managers utilize top of the line technology for diagnostics and scheduling. The mechanics are first-rate and the work is done quickly, professionally and for reasonable prices. I no longer buy a car without consulting them. A few years ago, my daughter needed a car at college in Maine for a summer job. I called Angel from a dealership up there and told him what we were looking at. He suggested an alternative and, trusting his advice, we drove off and found what he suggested. This is type of service I've always received and have come to rely on. I cannot recommend Leader Service highly enough.

I hadn't realized how much I appreciate this place until I had to go somewhere else because of an emergency and had a horrible experience :( I have been coming here for over 5 years now and they have always been very honest and upfront about their services. They won't charge you for things you don't need and always try to get you the best price possible. Not only they offer great service but you are treated as family, they know your name and message you to see how your car is doing after they have worked on it. Last time I was there with a problem they didn't want to repair until they were absolutely sure of the problem so they wouldn't be charging me for something that didn't need repair. These guys are great! I got several quotes from other shops to replace a tire pressure sensor. Most were hundreds of dollars; the highest was over $600! That's ridiculous; it's a simple job. So I researched the internet, bought my own sensor for about $25, and scanner for $14 to program my computer myself. The only thing I could not do myself was install the sensor in the wheel. So I asked these guys for an estimate. Ed quoted me $30 to install the sensor, and even squeezed me in the very next morning. They installed the sensor, and even programmed my computer to read the sensor for free. (This is usually another charge.) Moreover, he let me read his scanner which showed two other sensors had a low battery reading, but instead of trying to scare me into having them replaced right away, he told me when I change the tires, that would likely be the best time to replace the other two sensors. Didn't try to sell me new tires, or any of the usual upsell tactics. No pressure, no lies, no upscale tactics. In the end, Ed saved me hundreds of dollars, got me in and out quickly, and gave me solid advice. I highly recommend Leader Service.

You are driving your 2010 Land Rover LR2 that you just put $3500.00 in getting it in shape for your drive to Vermont next week.(it had been stored for too long). You hear a noise an un ghastly noise that sounds like the axle may fall off - what do you do? I googled auto repairs but no one answered their phone. I jump in the car full noise and all and head towards Coral Gables and surely I'll find some place! I'll pull up to a red light and notice this Marathon gas station where they are doing repairs, I pull in and they immediately know what it is! It's the back plate from the new brakes and front suspension. They have me pull in a bay and fix it immediately. I offer to pay. They say nope but you could tip the mechanic which I do. One of the best experiences ever! This place is perfect! And they do a number of high end cars as well as not so high end. The customer care is amazing. Go there! Leader Auto Service!

This is by far the best mechanic I have ever been to!!!! Not only are they trustworthy and reliable, but they are fairly priced and efficient. The first time I brought my car in was for a burnt out bulb in the tail light, which they graciously changed out for me on the spot in minutes. The second time I had a check engine light on that turned out to signify a major repair. They clearly communicated the issue to me so I could feel comfortable with the plan, ordered the parts, and performed the work in record time so I had my car back after a single day of repairs. They went above and beyond to carefully evaluate my options with me and whenever I go there for service, I notice they treat all the customers with this same consideration. These guys are great! I got several quotes from other shops to replace a tire pressure sensor. Most were hundreds of dollars; the highest was over $600! That's ridiculous; it's a simple job. So I researched the internet, bought my own sensor for about $25, and scanner for $14 to program my computer myself. The only thing I could not do myself was install the sensor in the wheel. So I asked these guys for an estimate. Ed quoted me $30 to install the sensor, and even squeezed me in the very next morning. They installed the sensor, and even programmed my computer to read the sensor for free. (This is usually another charge.) Moreover, he let me read his scanner which showed two other sensors had a low battery reading, but instead of trying to scare me into having them replaced right away, he told me when I change the tires, that would likely be the best time to replace the other two sensors. Didn't try to sell me new tires, or any of the usual upsell tactics. No pressure, no lies, no upscale tactics. In the end, Ed saved me hundreds of dollars, got me in and out quickly, and gave me solid advice. I highly recommend Leader Service.

You just arrived at your friend's house in Key Biscayne. You are driving your 2010 Land Rover LR2 that you just put $3500.00 in getting it in shape for your drive to Vermont next week.(it had been stored for too long). You hear a noise an un ghastly noise that sounds like the axle may fall off - what do you do? I googled auto repairs but no one answered their phone. I jump in the car full noise and all and head towards Coral Gables and surely I'll find some place! I'll pull up to a red light and notice this Marathon gas station where they are doing repairs, I pull in and they immediately know what it is! It's the back plate from the new brakes and front suspension. They have me pull in a bay and fix it immediately. I offer to pay. They say nope but you could tip the mechanic which I do. One of the best experiences ever! This place is perfect! And they do a number of high end cars as well as not so high end. The customer care is amazing. Go there! Leader Auto Service!

The first time I brought my car in was for a burnt out bulb in the tail light, which they graciously changed out for me on the spot in minutes. They clearly communicated the issue to me so I could feel comfortable with the plan, ordered the parts, and performed the work in record time so I had my car back after a single day of repairs. I just paid off my Lexus GX 460, and the rear suspension needed work and was bouncing my kids all over the place. Not only is Lender an amazing car service provider, they are extremely flexible. I called the very last minute to schedule an appointment and the team was able to squeeze me in. Within a few hours, they found the root of my car issues, and gave me a very generous price. I've been going to Leader for years. Angel and his team are professional and trustworthy. They respect all of their customers, and are never condescending. They explain everything, never leaving you in the dark. Last year they pretty much rebuilt my 97 engine and redid the cooling system. My engine is still running strong, smooth and cool. I just paid off my Lexus GX 460, and the rear suspension needed work and was bouncing my kids all over the place. Not only is Lender an amazing car service provider, they are extremely flexible. I called the very last minute to schedule an appointment and the team was able to squeeze me in. Within a few hours, they found the root of my car issues, and gave me a very generous price. I've gone to other car service providers around Miami and they seemed to give me the run around, up charge me with fees that weren't brought up originally or provide "extra" services that I didn't agree to. Fast and reliable. Towed my car in for ignition problems. The guys left the car overnight locked in ( I drove by late that night) and got a call before noon. Eduardo explained the details of my cars issue and the cost to repair. The car got repaired this same day and is running great. No scams, no further issues. Exactly what I thought it was. Great job. Ps: Towing guy works with the shop and charges almost half price through them. You only pay the shop. Don't forget to tip the tow truck guy.

This is a small, family-owned gas station and mechanic's shop. The owners Angel SOSA JR. and Angel SOSA SR., can be found in the small store/office on the premises. They deliver an honest service at competitive rates. I have only performed tire and brake pad related work here, but have always left satisfied. I shopped around town for tires at reputable vendors and Angel had the best quote for tires + installation. It's not just that though. The way you are treated here truly gives you a sense of security and confidence in the owners. Angel is a no-nonsense, straight shooting man, and he delivers a good service. They can get quite busy, so better to show up early or schedule an appointment. ALSO they have some of the cheapest gas in the entire region, BUT they are closed early and on Sundays!
